Contest a Parking Ticket

If you believe a ParkCincy ticket was issued in error, you can request a review. Submissions are reviewed by a ParkCincy administrator and you'll receive a response by email within 5–7 business days.

What to include in your request

The ticket number printed on your citation (e.g., PC-20260603-8F1DDD)
Your license plate
The date, time, and lot from the ticket
A short written explanation of why the ticket should be dismissed — the more specific, the better
Supporting evidence (any of the following help):
- A ParkingBoxx receipt showing you paid for the time in question
- A photo of your dashboard receipt or app confirmation
- Photos of the lot signage you relied on, if relevant
- For a wrong-lot ticket, proof that you paid at the lot you parked in

Where to send it

Email everything above as one message to Contact@ParkCincy.com. Please use a single subject line including the ticket number — for example, “Contest ticket PC-20260603-8F1DDD”.

Important

Your ticket's due date doesn't pause while we review. If you'd rather pay now and request a refund if approved, you can do that — pay online and include your refund request in the same email.
